HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

All our furniture is handcrafted to order. Our standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation and payment receipt.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THE SIZE OR FINISH?

Yes — every piece in our collection is fully customisable in size and finish. Contact us at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za with your requirements and we'll provide a quote.

WHAT WOOD SPECIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

We work primarily in Pine (Oak Wash), Ash Wood and Solid Oak and Oak veneer .Some pieces are also available in MDF with painted finishes. Specific availability is listed on each product page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as instant EFT via PayFast. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order and begin production. For large custom commissions or trade orders, please contact us directly at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za to discuss payment arrangements.

DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?

Yes — we deliver nationwide across South Africa. We offer free delivery to selected Cape Town areas, a flat rate of R1200 to nearby Western Cape areas, and quoted delivery for far Western Cape and all other provinces. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Collection is also available from our workshop in Blackheath, Cape Town.

CAN I SEE THE FURNITURE BEFORE I ORDER?

We are a made-to-order studio and do not operate a traditional showroom. We are happy to share additional photos, material samples and detailed information to help you make your decision. Visits are by appointment only. Please contact us at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za .to arrange a suitable time.

CAN I GET PRODUCTION UPDATES?

Yes — production updates are available on request. Contact us at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za and we will keep you informed on the progress of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Because all our furniture is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been received and production has commenced. Please read our full Returns & Refund Policy for details, or contact us with any questions before placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR TRADE PRICING?

Yes — we offer bulk pricing for sets of chairs (6+) and bar chairs (4+), and we are happy to discuss trade or interior designer pricing for larger projects. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in Cape Town Unit A1, Saxenburg Park 1, 20 Chardonnay Road, Wijnland Park, Blackheath, 7580  South Africa and deliver nationwide.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse our collection, select your preferred piece, material and size, and add to cart. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm production. You can also contact us directly at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za to discuss your order before purchasing.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once payment is received you will get an order confirmation from us within 1 business day. Your piece then enters production — we will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your piece is ready for delivery.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

Because production begins shortly after payment is received, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated. Please contact us immediately at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za if you need to make any amendments and we will do our best to assist.`
