We deliver nationwide across South Africa and offer the following delivery zones:

FREE DELIVERY — SELECTED CAPE TOWN AREAS Free delivery is available to selected Cape Town areas including Kuils River, Blackheath, Eersterivier, Brackenfell, Bellville, Parow, Durbanville, Somerset West and Strand. We will confirm eligibility after your order is placed.

NEARBY WESTERN CAPE — flat delivery rate of R1200 applies to nearby Western Cape areas including Paarl, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Wellington, Malmesbury and Darling.

NATIONWIDE & FAR WESTERN CAPE — CONTACT US FOR DELIVERY QUOTEDelivery to far Western Cape areas including Hermanus, George, Knysna, Langebaan and all other provinces nationwide is arranged via trusted courier partners.

Due to the size and weight of our furniture, delivery costs vary significantly based on your location and order size. We do not offer automated nationwide delivery pricing at checkout.

To arrange nationwide delivery please contact us at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za before or after placing your order. We will provide you with a delivery quote from our trusted courier partners. Delivery will only proceed once the courier fee has been confirmed and approved by you. Alternatively you are welcome to collect from our workshop at Unit A1, Saxenburg Park 1, 20 Chardonnay Road, Wijnland Park, Blackheath, Cape Town, 7580 free of charge.`

COLLECTION Collection is available free of charge from our workshop at Unit A1, Saxenburg Park 1, 20 Chardonnay Road, Wijnland Park, Blackheath, Cape Town, 7580. Please select "Collection" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

LEAD TIME All furniture is handcrafted to order. Our standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. You will be notified as soon as your piece is ready for delivery or collection.

DELIVERY PROCESS Standard delivery includes drop-off and placement at your door. Assembly and installation are not included unless specifically arranged in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery — a signature will be required on receipt.

DAMAGE ON DELIVERY Please inspect your piece carefully on delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za.

INSTALLATION Wall-mounted TV units and built-in pieces require professional installation which is not included in the product price and must be arranged separately by the client.
