DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver nationwide across South Africa and offer the following delivery zones:

FREE DELIVERY, SELECTED CAPE TOWN AREAS Free delivery is available to selected Cape Town areas including Kuils River, Blackheath, Eersterivier, Brackenfell, Bellville, Parow, Durbanville, Somerset West and Strand. We will confirm eligibility after your order is placed.

NEARBY WESTERN CAPE A flat delivery rate of R1,200 applies to nearby Western Cape areas including Paarl, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Wellington, Malmesbury and Darling.

NATIONWIDE A flat delivery rate of R2,999 applies to all other areas across South Africa, including far Western Cape areas such as Hermanus, George, Knysna and Langebaan, via our trusted courier partners. For very remote or difficult-access locations, a small surcharge may occasionally apply, which we will always confirm with you before proceeding.

Due to the size and weight of our furniture, delivery is handled by trusted courier partners. To arrange your delivery, please contact us at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za before or after placing your order, and we will confirm the arrangements with you.

COLLECTION Collection is available free of charge from our factory at 20 Chardonnay Road, Unit A1 Wijnland Park, Saxenburg Park 1 , Blackheath 7580 Cape Town, South Africa

Please select "Collection" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

LEAD TIME All furniture is handcrafted to order. Our standard production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. You will be notified as soon as your piece is ready for delivery or collection.

DELIVERY PROCESS Standard delivery includes drop-off and placement at your door. Assembly and installation are not included unless specifically arranged in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature will be required on receipt.

DAMAGE ON DELIVERY Please inspect your piece carefully on delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery at info@whitmaninnovations.co.za.

INSTALLATION Wall-mounted TV units and built-in pieces require professional installation, which is not included in the product price and must be arranged separately by the client.
