Shipping Policy

Whitman Innovations Interior & Decor offers the following delivery options:

Factory Collection — Free You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our factory in Blackheath, Cape Town. We will let you know once your piece is complete and ready for collection.

Cape Town — Free Delivery Free delivery is available to selected Cape Town areas. Please contact us to confirm if your area qualifies.

Western Cape — R1,200 Flat Rate A flat delivery rate of R1,200 applies to Cape Town and surrounding Western Cape areas. For outer Western Cape, Garden Route and Karoo regions, delivery may be quoted separately, and we will be in touch to confirm.

Nationwide — R2,999 Flat Rate A flat delivery rate of R2,999 applies to nationwide deliveries across South Africa (5 to 8 business days).

Delivery Times All furniture is handcrafted to order with a 4 to 6 week lead time. Delivery is arranged once your piece is complete and ready for dispatch. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

Assembly Basic assembly assistance is available on delivery for Cape Town orders. Please advise at time of order if you require this service.
