These Terms of Service govern your use of the Whitman Innovations Interior & Decor website and the purchase of products from our online store.

By placing an order with Whitman Innovations, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products All furniture is handcrafted to order in solid Pine, Ash and Oak from our workshop in Blackheath, Cape Town. Product images are for illustration purposes — natural wood grain and colour may vary slightly between pieces.

2. Orders and Payment Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayFast. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

3. Lead Times All pieces are made to order with a standard lead time of 4—6 weeks from order confirmation. Lead times may vary during busy periods. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Delivery Free delivery applies to selected Cape Town areas. Western Cape deliveries are charged at a flat rate of R1,200. Nationwide delivery costs are quoted on request. Delivery times are in addition to the manufacturing lead time.

5. Custom and Bespoke Orders Custom orders are subject to a separate agreement confirmed in writing before production begins. Changes to custom orders cannot be accommodated once production has started.

6. Warranty All Whitman Innovations furniture carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage or improper care.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
